Criterion Chocolate - Premium chocolates made in New Jersey

Criterion Chocolates carries a complete line of nut clusters; almond, cashew, coconut., peanut, pecan, and raisin.  Each is offered in our creamy smooth milk or rich textured dark chocolate.  

Criterion Chocolates caramel is made on premises.  We offer plain caramels and Sea Salt caramels enrobed in our creamy smooth milk or rich textured dark chocolate.

Criterion Chocolates offers a complete line of Chocolate Turtles.; almond, cashew, and pecan.  Each is offered in our creamy smooth milk or rich textured dark chocolate.  In addition, we offer a "different" chocolate turtle we call the "Sea Turtle".  Pretzels covered in our own caramel, enrobed in our creamy smooth milk or rich textured dark chocolate and topped with sea salt.  For those who may not want a nut turtle, our Sea Turtle is an option inspired by our heritage on the Jersey Shore. 

Chocolate Fudge is a Jersey Shore favorite and Criterion's is known as some of the best.  We offer several flavors, sold in 9–12-pound blocks for cutting and resale.  Our flavors include chocolate pecan, chocolate, peanut butter, vanilla pecan, and vanilla.  

Criterion Chocolates offers a complete line of cream confections.  Our creams are made in the Criterion kitchens in a hand rolled process that produces a superior creamy rich textured sweet center.  Our flavors include chocolate, butter, orange, raspberry, and vanilla butter, all enrobed in our creamy smooth milk or rich textured dark chocolate.

Who doesn't love chocolate covered honey graham crackers?  One of Criterion's most popular items, we use premium honey graham crackers enrobed in our creamy smooth milk or rich textured dark chocolate.

Who doesn't love chocolate covered pretzels?  The sweet and salty combination makes a unique taste treat, especially when the pretzel is enrobed in our creamy smooth milk or rich textured dark chocolate (offered in white chocolate, too).  We offer chocolate pretzels plain or with heath crunch; M & M decorations; rainbow sprinkles; or Reese's decoration.  During holidays chocolate pretzels are offered with seasonal decorations.

Criterion Chocolates was born on the Asbury Park Boardwalk and offer what we believe is some of the best saltwater taffy in New Jersey.  We offer ten flavors cut in the "log" style.  The flavors are peppermint, lemon, lime, orange, chocolate, vanilla, root beer, licorice, strawberry, and banana. 

Criterion Chocolates makes its own almond butter crunch, almond bark, raspberry jellies, non pareils, chocolate covered marshmallows, chocolate covered orange peel and other items in bulk.  We also make and offer some piece items including coconut patties, peppermint patties, thin mints and our own "whale bar" made of pretzel, caramel, peanut butter, covered in chocolate in a four-ounce size.
